Weekly jobs self-heal in 3-4 days, but the 4 monthly reports (Momcozy 月报, Fox 月度资产, 月度团队, Chloe 月度 Review) won't retry until July 1 — those are genuinely lost for the month unless re-run. That's a Tyra decision (whether to manually re-run them now), and the underlying 402 root cause is a yellow/red-zone fix (raising the OpenRouter daily limit) that I can't do autonomously.

今天（6/3）：全绿。 Inbox 6 条（Momcozy×2、AI Pulse×4），无新告警，无高危观察。今天所有 cron（AI Pulse 早报、Momcozy 日检、管理教练会、总览推送）都跑成功了。
但 5/31–6/1 有一批静默失败，刚扒出来了 —— 根因是同一个：OpenRouter API key 当天的额度上限被打爆（HTTP 402，"只能负担 9.3 万 token / 请求要 12.8 万"）。 不是 bug，是钱卡住了。6/2 起恢复正常，所以这是一次性事件，不是持续故障。
代价是 9 个周报/月报当天没跑出来，而且它们都是低频任务、不会自动补跑：
