Everything that has run since (06-02 through 06-05) succeeded — including the daily reviews, ETF monitor, management coach, and Agent Lab. The fox-etf "silent" flag is wrong: it ran fine 06-04 16:03. Health-tracker and mayer haven't retried since 06-01 simply because their schedules are weekly/monthly (next health 06-07, next Chloe review 07-01).
So: the 402 storm was a 2-day daily-limit exhaustion (05-31→06-01) that self-resolved. No active failures. The only thing genuinely still open is the D1/D2 decision from last night — and whether to harden against a repeat before the next batch of heavy crons (health 06-07 Sun, Fox weekly Sun, talent-review Mon, Product Radar Mon) all land again. That cluster is exactly what blew the daily cap last time.
This is a worth-a-short-nudge situation, not a [SILENT]. D1/D2 still pending and the same Sunday/Monday heavy cluster is 2 days out.

今晚系统是绿的——没有新增失败、没有新的高危观察、inbox 7 条全是常规产出（momcozy 评价×2、AI Pulse×4、momcozy 周报×1）。
一件旧账要顶一下，因为它快到下一个引爆点了：
402 额度风暴已自愈，但根因没修。 全部失败都集中在 05-31 和 06-01 两天（健康周报、Fox 周报/月报、talent-review、Chloe 月度 Review 等 9 个）。之后 06-02→06-05 跑的任务全部成功——所以那不是持续故障，是那两天的 OpenRouter 当日额度被一批重任务挤爆了。fox-etf 其实没沉默，06-04 16:03 正常出报；health-tracker 和 mayer 只是周/月排期，本就还没到下次（健康下次 06-07，Chloe 下次 07-01）。
风险在于：上次爆额度的那一批，正好是周日+周一集中跑的——健康周报(周日)、Fox 周报(周日)、talent-review(周一)、Product Radar(周一)。这个集群后天又会全部落地，大概率重演 05-31 的额度封顶。
D1/D2 昨晚发了还挂着，我重贴一次、不变：
D1 — 提高 OpenRouter key 当日限额（一劳永逸，花钱）
D2 — 把重任务 cron 的 max_tokens 从 128000 降到 90000 以下（不花钱，长报告会被截断；属🟡需你点头我才动）
我仍倾向 D2 先救急，赶在周日那批之前设好，至少保证不再整批崩。回 D1 / D2 / 组合即可；回 D2 我今晚就改。
旧账：mayer「夏洛的网 D-12」已挂 15 天，但它是被 402 拖住的，D1/D2 落地后应自动续上。
